When you make an enquiry by email or phone, we process the contact details you provide (name, email address, phone number) as well as the content of your message. When you book through our booking engine, arrival dates, room choice and payment data are additionally processed via the platform of our booking system partner SimpleBooking.
This website itself does not use analytics or marketing cookies. When you visit the site, our hosting provider (Swizzonic, Switzerland) processes technically necessary server log data (IP address, time, page accessed) to ensure the site runs properly.

Fonts and external resources
The fonts used on this website are hosted locally on our own server — no connection is made to Google Fonts or other font providers that could capture your IP address.
